Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, However to confirm your order, we require a small 10% online prepayment, with the remaining 90% payable upon delivery.

This helps us ensure that every order placed is genuine and allows us to continue offering COD to our customers. We hope you understand that the 10% prepayment is required to confirm all COD orders. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 

What is the shipping time?

Pieces are shipped on the next working day of the order being placed.

2-5 business days.

Earlier delivery cannot be guaranteed. Couriers used: Blue Dart and Delhivery.

 

Do you provide a one-year warranty?

Yes. Our products come with a one-year warranty, provided they are kept away from water and perfume.

 

What are the pieces made of?

18K Gold Plated copper/brass/stainless steel base with AAA cubic zirconia.

One-year free polishing warranty included.

Why can't I place a cash on delivery order?

If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is returned to us due to refusal, non-acceptance, or failed delivery attempts, the COD option will be BLOCKED for future orders. After that, only prepaid orders can be placed.

Additionally, if a COD order is placed with an incomplete or incorrect address, the COD facility will be BLOCKED for future purchases. Please make sure you mention your complete postal address at the time of placing an order to avoid such scenarios.
