Return & Exchange Policy
For READY STOCK ONLY (no exchange or return on SALE pieces)
1. The product needs to be couriered back on the same day or the very next day by a reputable courier company so that it reaches in a timely manner, tracking information needs to be provided.
2. The product needs to be sent back in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING with enough padding in a BOX so it doesn't move or hit against the walls of the box.. There should be cushioning on the outside of the box too.
3. Once we receive the product, the refund would be processed after deducting the shipping & COD(if applicable) charges and Shopify(2.36%) & Razorpay(2.36%) comissions.
