The product shown and received are totally different and leather is of very poor quality and it does not open as well

You ordered this bracelet on jan27, today is 8th April.. It has been 4 months.. Also it does open.. The clasp is near the heart... Please check carefully.. maybe you have damaged it while trying to slip on.. It is exactly the same as shown.. For all products there is a live video in my hands.. We also have a return policy.. Having said the above, we offer free repairs for the first year on our all products.. So if you send it to us we can do the needful :)
